Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Clinix currently delivers to the following cities in Pakistan:

  • Lahore — Served from our Ferozpur Road Hub Warehouse
  • Islamabad — Served from our I-9 Industrial Zone Capital Warehouse
  • Multan — Served from our Bosan Road South Warehouse

Delivery is available within city limits only. We are actively expanding to more cities.

2. How Our Edge Logistics Work

Clinix operates on an edge warehouse model. Each city has a dedicated central warehouse that stocks inventory independently. When you select your city, you see only products that are physically available at your local warehouse — ensuring fast, reliable delivery.

3. Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders are dispatched in scheduled batches throughout the day (e.g., morning, afternoon, and evening windows).
  • Your estimated delivery window is calculated at the time of order confirmation and included in your confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after the last dispatch window of the day will be included in the first batch the following day.
  • Delivery estimates are provided as a time range (e.g., "9:00 AM – 11:00 AM").

4. Delivery Fee

A distance-based delivery fee is applied to each order. The delivery fee is calculated from the distance between your delivery location and our warehouse, and is displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

5. Proof of Delivery

Our riders capture a photo proof of delivery upon handing over your order. This proof is stored securely and can be referenced for any delivery disputes.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, you are required to confirm receipt through your account dashboard. Your rider will wait at your location until you mark the order as received. This ensures a smooth handover and protects both parties.

7. No Returns After Delivery

As per our Sales Policy, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted after delivery confirmation. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
